A. Confidential College Employees. The College Chaplain and Student Health and Counseling Center maintain the highest level of confidentiality. As confidential College employees, if they receive information within the scope of their confidential roles, they are not required to notify the Office of Institutional Equity and Accessibility, Human Resources, or anyone else at the College about conduct that may be prohibited by this Policy. If appropriate, confidential employees may be able to provide the contact information for the Title IX Coordinator or the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and information about how to submit a report and request supportive measures.
