(Title IX), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e–2000e17 (as amended) (Title VII), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq.(Title VI), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794, the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (1976) of the State of Michigan, MCLS § 37.2101 et seq., and all other applicable law.

Reports and complaints about conduct that may constitute prohibited conduct under the Policy Against Harassment (Based on Protected Characteristics) and Sex Discrimination or other nondiscrimination policies may be referred to Kalamazoo College’s Title IX Coordinator, the Associate Vice President for Human Resources, and the Vice President for Student Development. Reports may also be submitted through the online reporting form. Deputy Title IX Coordinators have also been designated to receive inquiries about the Policy .
