The College provides prompt, fair, and impartial processes for all Title IX formal complaints of prohibited conduct and complaints of all other prohibited discriminatory harassment under this Policy. The grievance procedures are intended to protect the rights of both the complainant and the respondent, to protect privacy, and to prevent retaliation. There are two grievance processes:
- Section XI.B. Grievance Procedures apply to investigations of prohibited harassment under this Policy except Title IX sexual harassment.
- Section XI.C. Grievance Procedures apply to formal complaints of Title IX sexual harassment.
